I am Stepping up for Parkinson's this May.
My Step Up for Parkinson's goal is to do my strength and balance exercise whilst out in the bush, every day for the month of May! We are on a camping road trip heading out along the Murrumbidgee River toward Mildura and then will make our way back to Sydney via the Murray River…. Should be fun!!
For people like me living with Parkinson’s, daily exercise like this is essential in helping slow down the progression of this condition.
