I am Stepping up for Parkinson's this May.

This May, I’m stepping up for Parkinson’s… and to be honest, this one is really personal for me.

I’ve had the privilege of spending time with Uncle Pete as he lives with Parkinson’s, and seeing what this disease does day in and day out is something that sticks with you. It’s not just the physical side of it, it’s everything that comes with it for him and for the people who love him.

Watching his journey has been both inspiring and incredibly tough at the same time. It’s made me realise just how important it is that we do more to support people living with Parkinson’s and their families.

So this May, I’ll be doing my part and taking on Step Up for Parkinson’s to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s NSW.

If you’re able to support in any way whether that’s donating, sharing, or just having a conversation about Parkinson’s it would honestly mean a lot to me.
