I am Stepping up for Parkinson's this May.

During the month of May, I’ll be Stepping Up for Parkinson’s. I’ll be walking every day in May to raise money and awareness.

This one means a lot to me. My dad, Stuart — who many of you know — is living with Parkinson’s. Watching him deal with it hasn’t been easy, but if you know Dad, you know he’s an absolute legend. He just gets on with it, stays positive, and still manages to have a laugh along the way… of course he does my bloody head in and is a moaning idiot sometimes, but we love him.

That’s a big part of why I’m doing this.

Parkinson’s affects over 219,000 Australians, and it impacts not just the person, but everyone around them.
