I am Stepping up for Parkinson's this May.

During the month of May, I will be Stepping Up for Parkinson's — and I'm doing it for my Nunna, Nancy Grech.

My Nunna passed away in 2022 after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's. She was my best friend, the strongest woman I have ever known, and stubborn in the most beautiful way — always fighting, never giving up, right until the very end. She deserves every single step I take this month.

Your generous support will help me reach my fundraising goal and allow Parkinson's NSW to continue its vital mission to enhance the quality of life for people living with Parkinson's, their carers and families.

Parkinson's is a neurodegenerative disorder affecting 219,000 Australians right now. Of these, 18 per cent are of working age — a reminder that this disease touches people at every stage of life.
