We're stepping up for Parkinson's!
During the month of May, my friends and family will be Stepping Up for Parkinson's. My mum was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson's over 16 years ago. It’s part of her life, but it’s never really dictated how she lives it.
She is always up for an adventure, usually planning the next trip before the current one is finished.
My mum has shown me what true strength looks like, so it's time to say PUCK FARKINSONS and show support to the thousands of families across Australia dealing with this progressive neurodegenerative disease.
There are currently 219,000 Australians living with Parkinson's. Of these, 18 per cent are of working age.
Any donation would be much appreciated (extra points for a selfie of your steps), and your support means the absolute world!
Love Madi and the Team xx
